Principal's Message

Dear Families,

We hope this message finds you well. We're excited to announce that this upcoming Wednesday, August 30th, will mark Los Lunas Schools' first All Learner Day for the 23-24 school year! This day has been designed to offer our students an opportunity to engage in learning activities outside the traditional classroom setting, as there is no in-person learning.

On All Learner Day(s), we encourage students to make the most of their time by focusing on various learning tasks:

1. Reading Goals: Encourage them to pick up a book they're excited about and make progress toward their reading goals.
2. Math Fact Practice: Sharpening math skills. Students can use this day to practice math facts and build mathematical fluency.
3. Absent Work Completion: If your child has been absent recently, this day provides an excellent opportunity for them to catch up on any missed assignments. They can ensure they stay on track with their studies by completing the necessary work.

We believe that All Learner Days gives our students a chance for them to take ownership of their education and make strides toward their goals.

Thank you for being partners in your child's education journey.
